My story, the facts
On February 21rst, 2023, while skiing in the French Alps, having so much fun with my family, I jumped on a mogul but lost my balance in the air and landed on ice, on my shoulder. I forgot I didn't have wings...It resulted in a triple fracture of my left humerus forcing me to stop all kinds of things you do when you have 2 functioning arms and hands. A shock. Everyone was traumatized. I couldn't believe it. Later I understood that it was a message from the universe telling me to listen, to slow down and reflect on my life's purpose. I left a piece of my soul there. (I got it back 2 years later, after a soul retrieval ceremony) then I ask the universe for guidance and I looked within.
My Shamanic heritage
On my father's side there's Hungary where Huns and Magyars settled between 4-6 AD after traveling from Mongolia.
On my mother's side there's Northwestern France, Loire Valley, Anjou region, Mayenne Department.
A few weeks after the fall, I met Aviaja Rakel Sanimuinaq Kristiansen an Inuit Shaman who connected my consciousness to my shamanic lineage. She saw that the last active shaman in family was a woman living a long time ago about 1300 years ago, so about the year 723 AD. The lineage had been broken due mostly to murders, wars, jealousy and greed the family suffered from, I learned later on.
Then I went into the woods and journeyed with my rattle (given by my father post-mortem via a medium) and my hand drum. I reached an altered state of consciousness until I found the first Shaman in my family. I mentally flew into hyperconsciousness and time to find that person. To my surprise, I went 50 000 years back. I saw a fierce man with long black hair. He presented the left side of his face. I could see his face was painted in a black 2 inches thick stripe going from his left temple to his right one. About a quarter inch on top of it was a thin black line parallel to the large one. His name translates into: "The one that can see in the dark", Taroorachat, meaning the one that is connected to the spiritual worlds. Blessings his way.
Only the left side of his hair was shaved. Attached to the upper side of his hair was long animal hair bundled up with his, going through a white bead with a black line descending to his chest. After looking for the animal, my spiritual helper showed me a yak, our sacred animal, as we were yak herders nomads originally coming from the High Plateau of what is called today Tibet.
My ancestors lived there way prior to Tibetan and later Mongolian invasions that occured 4-6th century AD. I connected to them and now they are connected to me. I'm listening to their teachings, every day, they whisper into my heart, into my soul.
This ancestral Medicine is the most sacred gift I have ever received, each of us have had shamans in their ancestors, each of us can retrieve their own unique medicine from their lineage. My father gave me a rattle few years after he had died: I was channeling Reiki to one of my client, she happened to be a medium now use with the rattle and drum to walk with anyone, anything, anywhere, anytime towards their own healing path, towards their own light, as a vibrational attunement to their own unique frequency. I am so grateful.
What do I do?
I listen to my ancestors' teachings, the medicine people of my lineage, I connect with them. I let myself go where Sila (In Inuit) the universal consciousness invites me to go, I shape shift, I merge, I use my ancestral rituals from the High Tibetan Plateau, Mongolia, my heritage.
Because the ceremonies and journeys take place on Pocumtuck land (in Conway, MA) and Nonotuck land (in Northampton, MA) we honor them and pay tribute to their own ancestors before the ceremony. We heal together. We heal the land, the stones, the animals, the water and the air, the trees and the plants, the earth and the sun, the moon, the stars and the entire universe. The peoples. We are one.
The Shamanic journey, one on one: 1.5hrs book here
It is a powerful journey. It's spiritual, multidimensional, transformational. I guide you toward your own healing because you are the medicine, we are the medicine. All of us. With the power of your intention I connect you to the wisdom of your ancestors to detach from (a) past trauma(s) you need to let go of. From family to partners to co-workers, your relationships (past, present or future) will gain balance and allow more self love. Anxiety, fear and inherited negative patterns and trauma will be eventually released. This will bring in more peace, trust, alignment with your life purpose, balance, harmony and joy! Some people need more sessions than others to walk their life freely. It's a process, like a serpent that sheds its skin to maintain their health, growth and protection.
The session includes smudging, rattling, drumming and chanting with a guided meditation at the beginning.
In nature, the session takes its full sense in terms of universal connection. It's also very effective indoor as well as from distance, through the phone.
The Shamanic healing ceremony as a group: 3-4 hours
It's the same as above. You come with your specific intention for healing. The difference is that it takes place in a lodge, around a fire, with other people. I guide everyone to retrieve their own ancestral medicine people so that the group participates actively in the healing of each person around the fire, one after the other. The group holds and supports all its participants. It's an act of unconditional love where everyone is safe.
Emotional release is possible and is a sign of surrender and self love. Again, like the serpent sheds its old skin, everyone has the ability to shed their past. This is a place of acceptance and compassion. No questions are asked. There is no judgment. Sharing the experience at the end is at everyone's discretion. Everyone will have a piece of paper or their journal to write down their own experience to take with them to remember the experience, to keep on shedding, to coming out to your own unique self, your essence, your truth.
When your payment is completed you will receive the geographic coordinates of the gathering.
When you come please bring
- Water or tea
- Snacks/food to share with the group at the end
- A mat
- A blanket
No phone/pictures/recordings/alcohol/drugs/pets are allowed in the lodge
Phones will be stored in a box outside the lodge
It's in the woods, you'll sit on the earth and pine needles, dress accordingly
Park right across Suntsa the wise, the gate and land Keeper boulder
The gathering takes place in a Nųmą́khų́·ki (Mandan) lodge I'm so grateful we are allowed to use.
The path is signaled with torches throughout the woods
Wait at the entrance of the medicine lodge to get smudged
Enter the lodge, pick up a place around the fire and sit comfortably on your mat
Look around quietly, free your mind of everything, don't expect anything, think about your intention for healing and open your heart.
The first ceremony I gave took place on October 21st. 2023, exactly 8 months after I broke my arm on February 21st. and started to listen.
