I work from a holistic perspective of the individual taking into account the physical, mental and emotional needs of my clients and tailor my treatment according to their individual needs.

Massage

I believe that each of us is unique and I seek to understand, target and treat the underlying causes of pain, discomfort, stress, anxiety, nausea, fatigue or (in ex) a more specific peripheral neuropathy, frozen shoulder or hip dysplasia.

While the therapeutic base of my massage is Swedish, I incorporate Neuromuscular & Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology or Thai-Yoga in my bodywork.

I can carry out a Deep Tissue Massage to reach/relax all muscle layers, use Shiatsu to rebalance energy flow, inducing pain relief and reflexology to target organ blockages or systemic dysfunction.

My massage is never the same, even for a returning client. It's creative, tailored, unique. As each individual evolves and changes, so does my massage.

When a client needs a softer touch or a no touch care, in case of cancer, ASD or any other condition I can use Reiki, guided meditation, breathing exercises and or a sound healing approach.

My talent lies in my ability to read and to understand these changing needs and fine-tune my intervention to yield the most healing and relaxing results.

Energy work - Reiki & Qigong

I act as a channel for the universal life force to help support someone's natural ability to heal. Healing is inside us, in us. We need to allow this idea to flow in our mind, spirit and soul. We have to agree to heal and accept it. We all have abilities to access our own healing powers. Healing is work too, awareness and acceptance. We cannot change the past but stop the pain it causes. We can redirect our memories. We keep our wounds forever but we need to quiet them. Let's work together towards the healing everyone deserves, with gratitude.
