An immersion into your own frequency
Join us for an evening designed to reconnect you with your authentic vibration — an immersive journey in three parts:
1. Guided Meditation
Feel the grounding resonance of slow bass drum beats as you move through chakra cleansing and the retrieval of your personal power guides.
2. Singing Bowls
Experience the elevated frequencies of crystal and metal singing bowls, enhanced by layers of percussion. Allow the harmonics to attune — or re-attune — your vibrational field.
3. Chants with Drums and Rattles
Engage in rhythmic chanting and movement to release unnecessary attachments and open space for renewal.
Come as you are. Leave in harmony with your own frequency.
What to Bring:
Journal: You’re invited to jot down reflections during or after the experience. Feel free to share your insights at the end if you feel inspired.
Comfort items: Bring anything that will help you settle into this 90-minute journey — a yoga mat or chair, blanket, pillow, sleep mask, and water or tea.
Quiet space: To honor the energy of the evening, please keep phones off and conversations to a minimum.

This is a sliding scale, so some people can pay a bit more for those who have a lower income. We have insuranc and a medical back up, so we’re all covered.
The Fall Equinox Fire Celebration: An Overnight Gathering with a Healing Ceremony & Drumming Circle

At the Mandane lodge in the woods of Conway, MA, 01341.

When?
From Saturday Sept. 20th @ noon to Sunday Sept. 21st @ 3pm.
Program:
Saturday 09/20:
•12:00~noon: tent/shelter setting starts
•4:30pm: Mike’s ashes (Only for a special group)
•6:00-8:00pm: Potluck dinner
•9:00-11:00pm: Healing ceremony
•Round midnight: Ceremony experience sharing, Equinox celebration, gratitude and story telling
•Later to Sunrise:
-Drumming circle
-Dancing with the Fire
-Star and Fire gazing
Sunday 09/21:
•10:30-11:00 Qigong
•11:00-1:00 Brunch potluck
•1:00-3:00pm Cleaning up, packing, tree and people hugging and departing.
There is NO:
•Electricity
•Drinking Water
•Bathroom (Just dig a small hole in the forest and cover it up)
There is:
•Wildlife
•Mosquitoes
•Ticks
•Lots of trees
•Pine needles
•Rocks
•Wind
•A river
Respect the land! Do not leave any trash behind you, be kind with nature and compassionate with the group.
The season has been very dry, be extra vigilant if you smoke.
Do not bring:
•Drugs
(Alcohol ok if responsible)
•Pets
•String instruments
•Excessive plastic whatever
What to bring?
•Drinking water (1-2gal. Per pers?)
•Food to share! for evening & brunch potlucks
•Real Silverware, real mug, plate, bowl, pot, metal coffee pot, etc..
•Shelter: tent, tarp, rug, sleeping bag, blanket, yoga mat, pillow, pick up your favorite
•We use dry leaves but toilet paper is okay if you put the used one into the special trash can onsite
•Rain gear
•Sleep masks, ear plugs
•Head lamp, flashlight, battery charger, battery powered candles and ornaments
•Mosquito/tick repellent
•Drums and percussions of all kinds, rattles, bells, any sort of shakers
•Your best selves and friends!
Again, registration is $99 to $150, (Venmo and checks preferred. Add 4% on your registration if you use PayPal)
